Numbers you can trust

Checked before anyone sees it.

New data goes live only after automatic checks pass. If something is missing, it is shown as missing, never quietly counted as zero.

1 · Data arrives

  • Store files

  • CRM events

2 · Automatic checks

  • Totals match the source
  • No order counted twice

4 · Everyone sees it

  • Dashboards
  • AI answers
  • Exports
Sources land, automated checks run, a release is certified when they pass, and only then do dashboards, AI answers and exports switch to it. A source that fails waits for the next run.

  1. Invite-only access

Accounts start from an invitation. There is no open sign-up.

  2. Two-factor, always

An authenticator app or passkey is required before any page opens.

  3. Roles and page permissions

Owner, admin, manager and member roles, with each page granted separately.

  4. Team scope

Team leads and members see only their own team's budgets, checked twice.

  5. Session control

A role change or revoked access ends every active session for that person.

  6. Personal data on a named list

Customer contact details open only for named people, with export limits and alerts.

  7. Audited AI access

Every AI question is recorded with who asked it and what was answered.

  8. Limits and bot checks

Repeated sign-in attempts are blocked, and automated bots are kept out.

Controls implemented today, described as they work. No certification is claimed.

How we start

Start with one module. Expand when it works.

  1. 01

    Map sources and definitions

Agree the numbers that matter, your calendar, how brands are grouped, and who sees what.

  2. 02

    Connect and model

Connect your sources and apply the agreed brand, calendar and rules.

  3. 03

    Pilot one module

Go live with one area, such as performance and budget, and review it with your team.

  4. 04

    Expand by module

Add CRM, customer intelligence and AI access when the first module works.

A dedicated deployment, not a shared one

Each client runs its own instance on its own warehouse project. Data is never pooled across clients. Timelines depend on your sources, access and approvals, so we agree the scope before we commit to dates.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

Ask the team that builds itMonday to Friday · 9am to 6pm GST · Dubai, UAE
Is this off-the-shelf SaaS?

No. Each client gets a dedicated deployment configured to their sources, brands, calendar and rules. Nothing is pooled across clients.

Which data sources does it work with?

Proven today: Google Analytics 4, MoEngage, Google BigQuery, Google Sheets and Secure file drops. Google Ads and Meta Ads data arrive through your existing marketing data feed, as do exports from other ad platforms; direct ad-platform connectors are still being validated. Other sources are scoped with you before we commit to them.

Does it cover ecommerce and stores, or only marketing?

Both. Online store reports, shop performance with footfall and conversion, and receipt and loyalty reporting run beside marketing and CRM. Each is set up for your storefronts, shop files and calendar.

Do we need a data warehouse?

It runs on Google BigQuery. If you do not have a warehouse yet, we scope one with you as part of the first step.

How does the AI reach our data?

Through a secure connector. People sign in, get answers only about what they are allowed to see, receive totals rather than customer records, and every question is logged.

Can different teams see different data?

Yes. Each person is given the pages and teams they need, and sees nothing else, in the platform and in AI tools.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on your sources, access and approvals. We agree the scope first and start with one module as a pilot, so we do not promise a timeline before that.

What about personal customer data?

Analytics work on masked customer identifiers. Contact details are limited to named people, with export limits and alerts.

Is it certified, for example SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

No certification is claimed. We share the list of implemented controls and can arrange a security review with your team.

Who builds and supports it?

HYVE Labs, a software and automation team in Dubai.
